Real Estate Market
Lead Volume Is a Market Condition. Conversion Is an Operating Choice.

Brokerages across Egypt and the Gulf do not operate in one market. Ticket size, portal dependence, agency structure and buyer intent differ between Cairo, Dubai and Riyadh. Pretending the funnels are identical is careless. Pretending the operating questions are unrelated is also careless.
In a hot week, weak follow-up is disguised by volume. In a quiet week, the same follow-up is blamed on the market. The operating choice is whether leadership can see the funnel clearly enough to tell those weeks apart.
What travels between markets
The questions travel, even when the benchmarks should not be copied blindly. Who owns the lead. How fast a meaningful contact happens. What “qualified” means. Whether a meeting was held. What share of the pipeline is alive. Which campaigns create opportunities rather than names. Those are not local slogans. They are the controls of a sales organization.
A new city, a new platform, or a heavier media month will not install those controls. It will expose whether they exist. Expansion is a poor way to discover that the home funnel was never actually managed.
Before you buy more leads, find out what is happening to the ones you already have.
